John Reynolds is the coordinator for the Information Technology Seminar. He graduated from Logan High School in 2000. John spent a semester at Utah State University on the Professional Employees Association Scholarship before volunteering in Brazil for two years. During his service, he learned Portuguese and gained a deep understanding of Brazilian culture.
Now a senior at USU with a Business Information Systems major and a Portuguese minor, John is on the W. Boyd Christensen Scholarship. He is a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and serves on the Business Council where he manages their website. John has organized several campus activities as a member of the Student Activities Board. He also works on the A-Team, a group of students employed by the university to facilitate new student orientation. He also works as a peer mentor to many of those students – helping them adjust to the geographic, academic, and cultural changes of college life.
John’s interests include playing tennis, performing with his guitar, skiing, and other outdoor activities. He also enjoys spending time with friends and family and volunteering for the Special Olympics Program.
