Scott manages the projects that result in Senforce Technologies’ full line of products. Senforce is the leading location aware security software developer for mobile computing applications. Scott has also managed the company’s networking and security projects including joint development work with Philips Semiconductor and Fujitsu Limited.
Scott has previously served in multiple roles with both privately and publicly held companies. Prior to joining Senforce, he was a senior product manager with 3Com Corporation, where he was responsible for mobile communications subsystem strategy, and product development. Scott was also a regional sales manager at Home Director, a subsidiary of IBM.
He holds an MBA in international management from Thunderbird University, and a bachelor’s degree in marketing and Japanese from Utah State University.
Richard will discuss the advantages and challenges dramatically increased use of wireless local area-networks has created. He will focus on the problems resulting from rapid expansion of “WiFi”, industry trends, and security issues related to adopting wireless networking. Richard will outline some corporate strategies for addressing these problems. |
