Tom has over thirty years experience in manufacturing and engineering management with a focus on successful process improvement. At Product Reliability Group, he helps companies develop more robust products and processes.
He has earned engineering degrees from the University of Texas and Stanford and has an MBA from Harvard. Tom also holds four patents.
