Larry A. Ward, Partner, KPMG LLP
"Accounting update: What is happening now and what is next for our profession?"

Larry is a partner with KPMG's Department of Professional Practice located in New York City. His current responsibilities include assisting KPMG's client service teams with audit and accounting advisory needs. Larry has over nineteen years of public accounting experience serving public and private clients in a variety of industries including consumer products, entertainment, real estate, retail, manufacturing, venture capital, and professional services. He has assisted in numerous public and private offerings of debt and equity securities. Prior to his current assignment with the Department of Professional Practice, Larry was located in the Salt Lake City office of KPMG.

Larry graduated from Utah State University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and is a member of the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
