David Liss is currently CEO of Integritas Communications, where he produces business focused educational events; and video and feature articles to teach senior executives and students leadership, diversity and entrepreneurial skills.
David created and wrote the Ask the CEOSM column and related video features for Business Week. This column poses business questions to CEOs of major corporations to have them explain their path for resolving specific business issues for their company. Readers learn how business leaders think, lead and make decisions.
In partnership with national non-profit, educational, business and media corporations he creates events and seminars based on the Ask the CEOSM concept. One such event was held as part of NFL Super Bowl activities in Detroit and featured Arthur Blank, founder of Home Depot and Owner of the Atlanta Falcons and Joe Bailey, CEO of the Miami Dolphins.
David has also written for a variety of regional and national publications including The Washington Post, Latino Leaders Hispanic Magazine, Ethical Corporation Magazine, Brandchannel .com and many others. He was also a columnist for AOL Latinoand he has served as a Senior Writer with Alexander Ogilvy Public Relations.
For nearly five years he worked as a legislative aide to former New York Congressman Floyd H. Flake, where he managed legislative initiatives, drafted legislation enacted into public law, coordinated field hearings for the House Committee on Banking, and national policy conferences for the Congressional Black Caucus on small and minority business issues.
David has a Master's degree in Public Administration from Columbia University in New York. He has worked in a variety of management consulting roles for Fortune 500 companies including clients such as AT&T, MCI, British Telecom, Union Pacific Railroad and others. These experiences have given him an depth expertise on a variety of strategic business and information technology issues.
