Jeff Swearingen, Vice-President, Shopper Marketing, Frito-Lay
Elevating Your Brand in a Changing Retail Environment
Jeff Swearingen is currently the vice president of shopper marketing for Frito-Lay North America. He is responsible for leading the strategic development of marketing plans aimed at helping Frito-Lay become the CPG leader in shopper-to-consumer conversion in key retail channels. His group consists of national consumer and retail promotions, and shopper specific marketing. Jeff has been with the company since 1994.
Jeff has a broad range of marketing experience, including director of Doritos marketing, vice president and chief marketing officer for Frito-Lay Canada, and vice president of marketing for Quaker Snacks in Chicago. Prior to Frito-Lay and business school, Jeff spent four years in commercial and corporate banking with Hibernia National Bank in New Orleans, Louisiana. Jeff has a finance degree from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
Jeff, his wife Lynn, and their two sons, Connor (4) and Tyler (2) live in McKinney, Texas.
