Mike Snarr

Now in his 17th season with the Jazz, Snarr joined the organization in 1986 as an account executive and has also held the positions of local sales manager and most recently general sales manager before being appointed to his current position as vice president of sponsorship sales in 2002.
Snarr is a graduate of the University of Utah with a degree in business management. After graduation, he worked at KCPX (now KTVX-TV) in Salt Lake City, leaving after five years as director of marketing. He then joined the Salt Lake-based advertising agency Fotheringham and Associates (now Richter 7) as an account executive. He left the agency business as vice president of marketing and media services to join Triad America in 1983 as vice president of marketing services.
During Mike’s professional career he has also served in the community, serving as the chairman of the board for the Children’s Museum and serving on the board of the American Cancer Society. Mike also participated in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program as a big brother. Mike and his wife, Tamie, reside in Salt Lake City and are the parents of four children: Marin, Taylor, Brennan and Maddison.
