A technology industry veteran, Hunsaker has 18 years of management and leadership experience.  He has served as general manager of the UNIX division at TSG; senior vice president of world-wide sales and marketing at the Baan Company; director of product marketing for the business applications division at Corel Corporation; senior product marketing manager for the business applications division at Novell, Inc.; and product marketing manager and regional sales manager at WordPerfect Corporation.

Since joining in 2001 Stormy Simon has held various marketing and management positions including Director of B2B, and originator of the Co-op Advertising program. Stormy currently serves as the Senior Vice President, Branding and Customer Care. She also oversees all offline marketing efforts, writing and producing all television, radio and print advertising, and does their media buying. Prior to joining, Stormy was a media buyer and Director of Co-op Advertising for a major video distributor

Virginia Parker, Director of Marketing, Flying J, Inc.

As Flying J’s director of marketing, Virginia Parker oversees the marketing efforts of the company’s interstate operations, financial services, and communications and transportation clearing house divisions.

During her 25 years of experience with the company, Virginia has actively participated in the company’s unprecedented growth and witnessed Flying J become the largest retail distributor of diesel fuel in North America, operating a network of 258 travel plazas and fuel stops across the U.S. and Canada. Flying J is currently ranked #17 on Forbes Largest Private Companies in America list, based on 2006 sales of $13 billion.

Steve J. Lund currently serves as Vice Chairman of the board of directors for Nu Skin Enterprises. Previously, Mr. Lund served as president and chief executive officer from 1998 to 2003 and before that as president and chief executive officer of Nu Skin Asia Pacific (NSAP) from November 1996 to May 1998. Mr. Lund also served as Executive Vice President of Nu Skin International (NSI) since its inception in 1984.

Before joining Nu Skin Enterprises, Mr. Lund was an attorney with a private law firm specializing in litigation and products liability law. He holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School (1983). He is a member of the Utah, Arizona, and American Bar Associations and has served on the board of directors for the Direct Selling Association.


Jeff Swearingen, Vice-President, Shopper Marketing, Frito-Lay

Jeff Swearingen is currently the vice president of shopper marketing for Frito-Lay North America.  He is responsible for leading the strategic development of marketing plans aimed at helping Frito-Lay become the CPG leader in shopper-to-consumer conversion in key retail channels.

Rob Brough is the executive vice president of Marketing and Communications for Zions Bank. A native of Minneapolis, Minnesota, Rob joined Zions Bank in February of 1997 as a public relations representative. In his current position he is responsible for overseeing the communications, public relations, advertising, and community relations activities for the Bank, its 135 branches throughout Utah and Idaho, and its various subsidiaries.

Mike Kennedy, President & CEO, BCC Consulting

Mike Kennedy has nearly 25 years of management and operational experience in the contact center industry. He has worked as a teleservices, call center, and customer experience consultant at Customer Interface Strategies, Digitas, Wasatch Solutions Group, and now at his own firm, BCC Consulting.  Mike also spent several years with Convergys Corporation as an operations director in Salt Lake City, overseeing several high-profile accounts.  Other previous experiences include holding several senior-level contact center and operations management positions at L.A. Cellular (now Cingular Wireless); Lockheed Information Management Systems; and HealthRider, Inc., where he pioneered a number of innovative customer contact initiatives.  Mike graduated Cum Laude from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles with a BA in communications and is certified in performance benchmarking by Benchmark Portal and Purdue University’s College of Call Center Excellence.

Larry Silver is the Comcast Business Services Lead for Utah.  He is responsible for managing department employees and support staff and developing relationships with business and community organizations to achieve business objectives.

Prior to Comcast, Larry held positions with Cablevision including Sales Manager, Sales Supervisor and Sales Representative.  He also worked for Nu-Best Diagnostics as a Public Relations/Marketing Director, and held several sales management positions with a number of companies in the health care industry.

Kendall's title on his first business card was "the local's voice." Marketing by understanding and speaking with, not to, customers has been his approach in business. With the increasing effectiveness of blogging and customer marketing approaches, these areas of business have become his focus and passion.

After years of experience working in marketing and sales capacities at The Canyons Ski Resort and most recently at, whether by choice or by circumstance, he has often been forced to find ways to reach lofty sales and marketing goals with very limited budgets. Kendall's most recent focus of blogging is no different. He has helped find various ways to incorporate blogging into the business model with fantastic ROI. He currently manages two of the corporate blogs for, and runs a blog consulting business with accounts in the outdoor, health food, and resort industries.

Since then, he has served as the area rental manager for Salt Lake City and the group car sales manager for Utah and Southern Idaho.
