David Boizelle, Chief Learning Officer, RSM McGladrey

Dave Boizelle is the chief learning officer for the Bloomington, Minnesota based RSM McGladrey, the largest provider of assurance, tax, and consulting services to middle market companies in the U.S.  He is responsible for the development and delivery of approximately $210,000 of technical, sales, management, and executive training to 8,000 employees in 100 offices across the U.S.  In addition to these duties, Dave has also successfully served as the director of HR for RSMs desert southwest region and as a member of the national recruiting team.

Prioir to joining RSM McGladrey, Dave was employed by Arthur Andersen and held leadership positions in training, firmwide HR, HR operations, and business outsourcing.

Dave is a graduate of Utah State University, and currently resides in Mesa, AZ.
