A. Richard Walje, 56, is president of Rocky Mountain Power, with executive management responsibility for the electric distribution operations of PacifiCorp in Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming. The company serves customers in Utah, Wyoming and Idaho under the brand name Rocky Mountain Power.
Walje began his career as a journeyman lineman in 1976, joining Utah Power & Light Company in 1986 as an electrical engineer. He served the company in several capacities including: senior vice president of shared services; vice president of transmission and distribution operations and customer service, and others.
