Savings Fitness: A Guide to Your Money and Your Financial Future

Dr. Jean Lown is a professor in the Family, Consumer, & Human Development Department at Utah State University. She teaches undergraduate courses in the Family Finance program and graduate courses in family economics. Her research focuses on bankruptcy in Utah, women and financial planning attitudes and practices, and retirement planning. For the past 10 years she has taught a monthly "Financial Planning for Women" workshop for the community. Dr. Lown is co-author of the Guidebook for Late Savers for Retirement, a workbook targeted at baby boomers who are behind in investing for retirement.
