Sarah and her husband JD are the founders of Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill.  They opened the first store in Layton, UT in May 2003.  The first franchised location of Costa Vida opened in the summer of 2004.  There are now 23 restaurants in 10 states.  In 2004, Sarah and JD founded ZenPrint.com, a high-tech printing company.  Sarah is currently involved full-time at ZenPrint.  Additionally, the Gardners have made small investments of time and money in several other Utah start-ups.  Sarah graduated from Utah State University in 1998 with a BS in economics.  She and JD live in Sandy, UT.
