Savings Fitness: A Guide to Your Money and Your Financial Future
Dr. Lown’s session will leave attendees with a foundation to assess their financial fitness, an understanding of the power of compounding and how to boost financial performance, an estimate of their retirement needs, a recognition of the benefits of participating in an employer’s retirement plan, investment strategies for the self-employed, and a plan to cope with financial crises.
Each participant will receive a copy of Savings Fitness: A Guide to Your Money and Your Financial Future, a 29-page guide published by the U.S. Department of Labor, Employee Benefits Security Administration in partnership with the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc.
