Cyndi Crother
, PhD
Author, Catch! A Fishmonger’s Guide to Greatness
Professor, California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo

Stop Floundering and Become More Effective in Your Life and Work

Cyndi has taught quality assurance, training, and management classes for the past nine years. She also teaches for Cal Poly’s Continuing Education division, and she is the technical editor for the Journal of Business and Behavioral Sciences.

She has also been very busy since her first book, Catch! A Fishmonger’s Guide to Greatness, was published. She has spoken at numerous conferences, and recently began consulting with companies on leadership, training, and communication.

In an unusual combination of oral biography and practical business blueprint, Cyndi will take you behind the scenes at World Famous Pike Place Fish Market in Seattle for a sneak peak at the underlying principles and assumptions that created the international phenomenon. She will inspire you to create new possibilities in your life, to explore novel ways of dealing with problems, and to reflect on who will make your dreams become realities.
