Beth Ann Bovino is a senior economist at Standard & Poor's, based in New York . In this position, she works with David Wyss, the chief economist, on S&P's economic forecasts and publications, and co-authors the weekly Financial Notes and Weekly Economics Call . Beth Ann has created Industry Drivers reports for analyst research. Prior to joining Standard and Poor's in February 2004, Beth Ann spent over ten years doing economic and market research with Sungard Institutional Brokerage, UBS Warburg, and the Federal Reserve. Beth Ann holds a PhD in Economics from Columbia University , a Master's in International and Development Economics from Yale University , and a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania .

Based in New York Don G. Linford is the Regional Executive for the Western Hemisphere (The Americas & Caribbean) and manages teams located in Chicago , New York and Bournemouth , England . These teams are responsible for management of agent banks that provide cash and security services to JPMorgan, for the evaluation of settlement and clearing risk in market, and to partners with securities regulators, stock exchanges, central banks, and other key participants on initiatives to improve efficiencies and reduce infrastructure risk.
Mr. Linford has extensive experience in international finance and global capital markets operations and infrastructures. He has been asked to consult on major financial and securities infrastructure changes by local regulators and stock exchanges in South America.
Mr. Linford has an MBA from Northeastern University in Boston , Massachusetts and a BA in Political Science from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City Utah .

Jim Butcher is an Executive Director with Morgan Stanley's Strategy Engagement Group (SEG), which helps Morgan Stanley and its clients think and plan more strategically. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Butcher was the founder and principal with Entegra Consulting, which focuses on strategic and scenario planning for corporate, public sector and non-profits. Over the last ten years, he has worked with over sixty corporate clients in the United States, Latin America, Asia and Europe. In addition, he has helped with national visioning efforts for the countries of Colombia and Guatemala. Prior to starting his own firm, he was a senior principal with the Global Business Network (GBN), a manager with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and earlier, a program officer with the Ford Foundation, directing their international programs in environmental and rural economic development. Mr. Butcher received a BS in Civil Engineering from Utah State University and his M.A. and B.A. degrees in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) at Oxford University in England. He was the first Rhodes Scholar from Utah State University.
