Keeping Score: The Challenge of Making Sense of Financial Statements in the Post-Enron Era

In his more than 25 year career with Zions Bancorporation Mr. Simmons has served in a variety of positions. Currently, he is Chairman of Zions First National Bank and Director of the Questar Corporation. His presentation will focus on the complex problem of interpreting financial statements. He will explain how today's tortuous accounting rules, exacerbate the problem by creating confusion and leaving room for loopholes.
