Aspects of International Business as Applied to International Management of Joint Ventures

Dr. Koybaeva’s company is dedicated to international business consulting. She is a Fellow for the Center of International Studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an international relations advisor for RAMOS (Russian–American Observation Satellites), and a consultant for the research and development Arms Service Subcommittee for the House of Representative of the United States Congress.

Dr. Koybaeva will highlight the problems that commonly occur during international business transactions and strategies you can employ to overcome such difficulties. She will provide you with tools you can use to develop emotional and cultural intelligence that combats problems such as language barriers, alternative perspectives and government policies.
